On June 14, 2012, John will be presenting on workers’ compensation issues from the injured worker’s perspective at a Knoxville Bar Association Lunch and Learn seminar. This seminar is titled “Workers’ Compensation: The Battle of Good vs. Evil (You Decide)” and will be eligible for one hour of General CLE credit. On July 25, 2012, John will be presenting and speaking at a National Business Institute CLE seminar titled “Workers’ Compensation Subrogation.” The seminar, which qualifies for five hours of general and one hour of ethics CLE, will cover a wide range of workers’ compensation topics that involve subrogation. The agenda will cover Tennessee Statutory Subrogation Rights, Allocation of Third Party Recovery, Subrogation Procedures: Nuts and Bolts, and Tips for Successfully Negotiation a Settlement.
